Ever wondered where some of our old superstitions came from and the stories, traditions and beliefs that have been passed down through generations?

Heather will use intriguing objects, old remedies, charms, stories and ideas from folklore to inspire your creativity. You might write a story, create a poem, compose a song or simply see where your imagination takes you! No previous writing experience is needed — just come along and have a go.
