CPR and Defibrillator Training with the Eskdale Defibrillator Co-ordinators

On Wednesday 12th February there will be two CPR and Defribrillator training and information sessions taking place at The Hub.

They are suitable for anyone over 8 years old and you can come along to either to just watch or take part it is entirely up to you.The free session will cover  'finding a casualty, calling for help, basic life support and attaching a defibrillator'.

There will be two sessions (the same session run twice) 
1. 3.30pm-4.30pm
2. 5.30pm - 6.30pm
